The Flagship PULSE Class: incorporating yoga blocks, pilates balls, resistance bands, sliders, weights, this class and the trainer, who is fully participating in the class, will always challenge you to push harder moving beyond your limits and firing up your muscles like never before.

Compared to PULSE Extreme, PULSE uses less equipment and longer breaks to smoothly, yet still effectively isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups, e.g. glutes and legs only or arms, back, and core only. With different exercise variations to choose from trainers will keep challenging you to push yourself and make sure to correct your posture and practice.
PULSE Challenger gives any trainer outside the PULSE studio the opportunity to offer her/his special workout class once a week. With the given equipment they are free to design a class of their choosing and to receive feedback from the participants after the designated course time.
This class is insane. That’s why we only offer it once a month. Rules are simple: SURVIVE.

PULSE Fight and Conditioning is a true banger! This class has it all: boxing, kick-boxing, ground and pound techniques – all mashed together within an effective conditioning training with dumbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and so much more to give you the ultimate full body training. Calories will burn, your body will keep asking for more. See you there.
You wanna learn how to box properly, how to slip, block, cover-up, and stand correctly – then this is your class. The fighting expertise of our trainers offers different training techniques such as mitt work, sparring, strength and conditioning, and boxing drills to ensure that you can brawl with the best of them. Choose PULSE Fight Skillz and Drillz and step onto the training mat – get stronger mentally and physically.
This 35mins class is a shortened version of a PULSE class. Here the trainers focus on either upper body or lower body exercises using all the needed equipment to give you a shorter yet still incredibly effective workout to get your body strong and toned.
This 35mins class incorporates one moving sequence made out of several exercises performed continuously for a duration of 20 mins. The perpetual physical motion offers to cleanse you from within as you fall into the movements and let yourself go. PULSE Ritual will leave you with an exhilarating and energising mental and physical feeling.
