As a trainer Hano has always felt happiest when working out with other people who share the same passion for body movement as he does. To communicate what you love through the body - there is nothing greater. Pilates, Barre, Calisthenics, CrossFit, HIIT, all of these can be found within his workouts that are characterized by a willingness to go beyond mental and physical limits.

After 7 years as an American Football player and coach, Tony found his way into boxing. He's been involved in contact sports since 2010 and suggests that every person, regardless of age, should try it out at one point in their life. As a certified fitness trainer he will focus on combined skill development. Tony's motivation is contagious and his training style unique.

Growing up in the mountains, staying active was never optional for Babsi, and she has always relished being outdoors. From skiing, snowboarding, and horse riding to various fitness classes like functional fitness, cycling, yoga, and pilates, she has found her passion in board sports and fitness.

Hannah
Since she can remember, she's been all about sports and fitness. From successful show jumping as a teen to taking on challenges like Hyrox, she's been fully immersed. With a focus on HIIT, boxing, and pilates, she's gained valuable experience she's eager to share. Paul started at an early age as a professional football player which sharpened his understanding for physical and mental fitness. With a degree in sports science he decided to dive deeper into personal and group training, adding a certificate as a fitness and health coach. His approach emphasizes holistic well-being, prioritizing functional movement patterns.

Marie
Beginning as a professional gymnast, she transitioned into various training experiences, including personal training and endurance strength classes in major cities like NYC, LA, Hamburg, and Vienna. With a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, Marie creates classes blending yoga, Pilates, endurance, and mental strength exercises, offering a holistic fitness experience that challenges and nurtures both body and mind.

Meet Fabian, our sunny boy with a diverse athletic background! Starting from the football field, he transitioned to the gym, exploring Freeletics and calisthenics. Recently, he's embraced yoga, bouldering, and found a passion for cycling, with a playful twist of animal moves, which he loves doing for his warm up sessions. Excited to contribute his varied experiences to the PULSE Team, Fabian is eager to learn alongside fellow trainers.
