As a trainer Hano has always felt happiest when working out with other people who share the same passion for body movement as he does. To communicate what you love through the body - there is nothing greater. Pilates, Barre, Calisthenics, CrossFit, HIIT, all of these can be found within his workouts that are characterized by a willingness to go beyond mental and physical limits.

Growing up in the mountains, staying active was never optional for Babsi, and she has always relished being outdoors. From skiing, snowboarding, and horse riding to various fitness classes like functional fitness, cycling, yoga, and pilates, she has found her passion in board sports and fitness.

Since she can remember, she's been all about sports and fitness. From successful show jumping as a teen to taking on challenges like Hyrox, she's been fully immersed. With a focus on HIIT, boxing, and pilates, she's gained valuable experience she's eager to share. Meet Fabian, our sunny boy with a diverse athletic background! Starting from the football field, he transitioned to the gym, exploring Freeletics and calisthenics. Recently, he's embraced yoga, bouldering, and found a passion for cycling, with a playful twist of animal moves, which he loves doing for his warm up sessions. Excited to contribute his varied experiences to the PULSE Team, Fabian is eager to learn alongside fellow trainers. He believes sports provide a vital balance to daily life, empowering individuals of all levels.

Ylvi
Sport has always been my great passion. I danced a lot of ballet as a child and later discovered strength training (including Pilates). That's exactly why I love Pulse – because it combines these two elements that I adore! I generally love challenging myself and trying new things (like tennis, for example). Sport simply gives me so much energy and strength (strong body = strong mind), which is why I love it and need it every day! I'm generally super ambitious and driven, but I can also be really funny!

Zoe
Zoe's passion for sports is lifelong – from skiing and rowing to running and tennis, she's tried it all and decided to become a certified fitness trainer to broaden her horizon. She’s already teaching different class formats at other studios. With a fun-loving and loud personality, Zoe is the definition of fun and a bit crazy. Whether she's lifting weights or trying something new, her energy is contagious, and her silly sense of humor keeps the atmosphere light. She's the type of person who turns every workout into a fun experience, while pushing you to be better than your best.

My passion for sports began early; starting with gymnastics and dancing, then evolving into running, weightlifting, and my latest obsessions - cycling, Hyrox, and PULSE. After exploring various sports, I've decided to become a certified fitness trainer to share my love for sports and fitness. My positive energy will guide us through every workout, no matter how challenging it gets, you'll always get a warm-hearted smile from me. I can't wait to sweat, scream, and succeed together.

Meet Lara – for her, working out isn’t just a hobby, it’s a way of life. With a deep-rooted passion for movement – from years of bouldering to pushing limits with hot pilates, HIIT, and spinning – she’s all in when it comes to training body and mind. Whether it’s on the wall or the mat, Lara brings energy, focus, and a whole lot of sweat to every session. Her goal? To inspire others to discover their own strength – physically and mentally.

Movement, body awareness, and inner balance are central themes in my practice. I love encouraging people to better understand their own bodies, to discover strength and ease – and above all, to find joy in every single movement. Yoga has been a part of my life for over six years now. In 2024, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. In 2025, I had the opportunity to deepen my practice and complete the MIA (Myofascial Integrated Alignment) Yoga Teacher Training with Dylan Werner.

First football and then soccer, always team sports from a young age. Then at 17, I hit a wall where I didn't know what to do with myself. I quickly stumbled into CrossFit and found my footing there. I was fascinated by its many different facets. Then Hyrox, a new sport. Not quite as unpredictable as CrossFit, but still a comprehensive fitness program. Always up for a new challenge. My body is my tool, and therefore I want to be as versatile as possible 🙂

After hours spent sitting at a desk, Hanna finds joy and balance in dynamic, sweaty workout sessions designed to recharge and energize both body and mind. As an experienced spinning instructor, she incorporates rhythm-based, high-energy movements into every session, while continuously motivating you with encouraging coaching — especially in the moments when you need that extra push.
